FERRERO GROUP STAKEHOLDERS

In 2015 the Group updated its mapping of internal and external stakeholders as well as the analysis of relevant sustainability topics through an internal materiality process. The materiality analysis aimed to identify and assess the importance of various sustainability topics considered relevant by its stakeholders.

STAKEHOLDER MAPPING

The Group has continued to reflect on the most relevant social responsibility issues, selected on the basis of its principles and values, involving stakeholders in this process and sharing its goals and strategies. In 2015, the mapping of internal and external stakeholders was also updated, confirming the centrality of the consumer, who is therefore Ferrero’s first key stakeholder.
